Job Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for managing and documenting client inquiries, ensuring that all contractual and operational requirements are met, and that the Helpdesk services consistently exceed client expectations.


Key Duties:

  • Handle and document client inquiries related to various sites, translating these requests into appropriate engineering or facilities management solutions.
  • Determine the best course of action for client requests within the established contractual framework.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and the account delivery team.
  • Maintain and update relevant software and systems (e.g., Maximo).
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Deliver a professional and clear helpdesk service to clients.
  • Assist the account delivery team from an administrative standpoint.
  • Report any identified issues to management and seek guidance as necessary.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Become familiar with the specific environments and contractual obligations of relevant clients.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or an NVQ in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or a related field.
