About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Community Lead, you will play a vital role in making residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling. You will lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring residents receive person-centred care and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
  • Record observations and carry out simple wound dressing procedures.
  • Ensure a safe, reassuring, and happy environment for residents and their families.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need senior-level care experience and have supervised others. You will also have developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is also required, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
