Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to drive growth through effective training and development in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.

This dynamic role reports to the Head of Learning and Development and involves shaping the future of the business by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that empower teams to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of commercial operations and be able to create engaging and effective training materials for commercial and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of commercial and functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit and Functional Heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis and shape the annual Training Plan.
  • Provide guidance on designing training for key business processes and systems.
  • Oversee the approval of training materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Drive a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the week to any location in the UK.
