Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development programmes that support our clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver accredited leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online
  • Develop new training programs tailored to meet client needs
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in people management
  • Apply diverse training techniques to address various learning styles
  • Offer personalized coaching and support to managers
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of HR challenges
  • Proven track record in delivering management training to various client groups
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing training programs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms
What We Offer

We offer a part-time, on-site role with 22.5 hours per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be based in the Cambridgeshire area and will require a valid driver's license and own transportation, as travel to various business locations is required.
