Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Accredited Leadership Workshops: Design and facilitate leadership workshops for managers at all levels, both in-person and online, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Design and Develop Training Programs: Create tailored training programs to meet client needs, focusing on people management and development.
- Develop Engaging Training Materials: Design and create interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and activities, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in people management, applying this knowledge to training programs.
- Apply Diverse Training Techniques: Utilize various training techniques to address different learning styles and preferences.
- Offer Personalized Coaching and Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to managers to help them develop their skills and address specific challenges.
- Experience in HR: Proven experience in a fast-paced HR environment, with a deep understanding of HR challenges.
- Management Training Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering management training to various client groups.
- Training Program Design: Proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
- NLP/Coaching Certification: NLP/Coaching certification or MHFA Trainer qualification is a plus, but not essential.
