Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Office Manager

**Location:** Stratford Upon Avon

**Salary:** £35-£40k per annum

**Hours:** Mon - Fri - Office based

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Office Manager to join our team at Disrupt Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and operations activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage sales and operations activities, including processing orders, invoicing, and arranging collections/deliveries.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and transport companies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage and supervise any additional office staff based at the depot.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of recent continuous office experience at a high level.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Sage 50.
