Reception Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to lead our reception team at Medicus Health Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring that patients receive exceptional service and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception team, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to streamline reception operations and improve patient flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including appointment schedules and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- GCSE English, Maths (C or above) and at least two others.
- Experience of at least 12 months leading/managing a team.
- Experience of working with the general public.
- Experience of administrative duties.
- Experience of working in a GP setting.
