About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the assessment and treatment of adults with learning disabilities on our inpatient unit.
  • Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide physical health care and promotion, including risk assessment and management.
  • Participate in autonomous working and self-development opportunities, including the role of named nurse.
Requirements
  • Nursing Associate Foundation Degree qualification.
  • Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
  • Experience of working effectively as a team player and within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to provide and receive complex, sensitive information.
