Job Title: Head of Bidding

Zest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Bidding to lead our bid management team in delivering successful proposals and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage bid management plans to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions
  • Assemble and manage virtual bid teams to prepare winning bids, including identification of value propositions
  • Produce high-scoring proposal content that clearly articulates the benefits of our Electric Vehicle charging solutions
  • Ensure all bid management tools are used to support the production of comprehensive and timely bids
  • Support the Bid Writers with storyboarding and providing feedback on written quality responses
  • Support the Head of Bid with training and development of the Bid team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of bid and proposal management
  • Proven experience of managing multiple projects, timelines, and varied resources efficiently
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong commercial knowledge
  • Strong business acumen and ability to take calculated risks
