We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Mental Health Outreach Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a small multidisciplinary team, working primarily 9-5 Monday to Friday with some flexibility as required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide management and leadership to the core team, ensuring timely access to our services.
- Develop relationships across statutory and voluntary agencies, building a robust network to support those with co-occurring needs across the city.
- Support the development of pathways and joint working protocols, including joint assessments and work by mental health and substance misuse services.
- Supervise, appraise, and perform management tasks, including recruitment and general day-to-day management of the team.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Relevant professional qualification, such as a Mental Health Nurse with appropriate registration with NMC.
- Management or leadership qualification and/or training/experience.
- Experience in the effective and positive management of complex and high-risk cases.
- Significant post-qualification Practitioner experience.
- Experience of and commitment to working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience as a supervisor, including a clear understanding of managing patient flow.
- Working knowledge of Risk Assessment and management tools currently in use within acute mental health settings.
