We are excited to present an opportunity for a skilled Client Relationship Executive to join a dynamic organization experiencing significant growth.

Working hours are Monday to Friday.


If you possess approximately two years of experience in a comparable Client Relationship role and are eager to enhance your skills, the company is committed to providing you with comprehensive support and training.


Role Overview:

  • Respond to client and insurer inquiries promptly, surpassing service expectations while adhering to company protocols.
  • Negotiate renewals with insurers to secure favorable terms for clients, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Maintain an organized Task Management system, promptly issuing client invoices and addressing any outstanding matters.
  • Facilitate the swift debiting of renewals and new business, actively participating in the establishment of finance agreements and resolving account queries.
  • Support Account Executives in acquiring and placing new clients, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling suitable products to existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service by keeping commitments, meeting deadlines, and ensuring professional communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational enhancements across the organization.
  • Maintain organized files for easy access by colleagues and assist team members with their workload as necessary.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and industry codes of practice, including the CII Code of Ethics and company policies.
  • Ensure fair treatment of clients and manage potential conflicts of interest effectively.
  • Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills through Continuing Professional Development (CPD), attending internal and external training sessions, and staying informed on technical, legal, and market trends.

Candidate Profile:
A minimum of two years of experience in a broking environment is required.

  • Familiarity with Property, Package Policies, Contractors All Risk, and Commercial Combined.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • Compliance-oriented with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • IT proficient with client management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ideally, hold a Cert CII qualification or be willing to obtain this with support from the organization.

Delegated Authorities:
  • Understand the responsibilities associated with acting on behalf of insurers, ensuring compliance with regulations and insurer agreements.
