About the Role:

Absolute Executive Search is partnering with a well-established and reputable legal firm based in the South East region to find a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and stamp duty procedures.
  • Managing search reports, title checking, and the regularisation of landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Coordinating deeds of surrender, refinancing, acquisitions, and sales of businesses, as well as utility agreements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional manner at all times.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
