Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support and coaching to line managers on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, capability assessments, and absence management.
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, offering high-quality, effective, and consistent advice and guidance to the wider organization.
- Manage statutory leave and request processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave, as well as flexible working requests.
- Perform day-to-day operational and transactional HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee wellbeing, compliance, and general HR administration tasks.
- Support the payroll team in delivering accurate and timely payroll information.
- Develop HR data and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategy through the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
