Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Café & Bar Manager to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and bar outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of 5 to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the café and bar areas.
  • Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events and functions.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000, comprising a base salary of £27,000 and a £5,000 service charge.
