Restaurant Operations Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at THE PIG. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the performance of the team and ensure every guest has a positive experience with us.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun, and community.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Confidence and ability to work in an attention to detail environment.
- Informal and accessible approach to all.
