We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at THE PIG. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and driving the daily operations within our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the performance of the team and ensure every guest has a positive experience with us.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
