About the Role

The Assessment and Review Team (AaRT) supports individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, or Physical Disabilities. The roles involve collaborating with them, their carers, providers, and other agencies to enable independence and fulfillment of aspirations. This position offers a great opportunity to make a difference within Central Bedfordshire and for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver statutory duties commensurate with supporting individuals within Adult Social Care.
  • Discharge duties in a manner that prioritizes customers' needs, demonstrating behaviors that result in compassionate, caring, responsive, and proportionate care and support of high quality and evidence-based value.
