About the Role

We are in search of a skilled B2B & B2C Sales Specialist to actively promote our Conference, Wedding, and Event services. This position offers a unique chance to oversee a client's complete experience, from initial sales through account management to on-site execution, collaborating closely with our hospitality team.

This role is driven by targets and requires a client-focused approach to not only meet but exceed expectations while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, contacts, and market segments while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve and surpass individual and collective sales goals.
  • Engage in client visits, networking events, and represent The Old Bell in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective call management, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients to elevate our business profile.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling opportunities such as private dining, beverage packages, team-building activities, and additional services.
  • Conduct venue tours for prospective clients.
  • Handle inquiries related to weddings, events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to create innovative shows and experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Organize regular wedding showcases on-site and participate in off-site wedding fairs.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Demonstrated success in proactive sales with the ability and ambition to identify and convert new sales leads.
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment and performs well under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate profitable revenue through innovative ideas.
  • Strong telephone sales capabilities.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to travel requirements.
