Conference and Events Sales Executive

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced B2B & B2C Sales Executive to pro‐actively sell our Conferencing, Weddings & Events. This is a unique opportunity to manage a client’s entire journey, from sales, account management to onsitedelivery working in conjunction with the hospitality team.
This role is target driven with a client centric attitude to exceed targets whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities Include
- Identify clients, contacts, and market segments and proactively seek new business
- Manage and grow client accounts to maximise revenue
- Work effectively as a team to reach and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Secure and attend client visits, networking events, and represent The Old Bell.
- Maintain strong sales pipeline through call management, lead generation and effective relationship building
- Develop and deepen relationships with clients to raise our business profile
- Maximise revenue through upselling – private dining, drinks packages, teambuilding and other services
- Show arounds of the venue for prospective clients
- Managing and dealing with enquiries for weddings, events and conferences
- Working with the team to deliver new and innovative shows and experiences.
- Monitoring sales and delivering targets
- Organising regular wedding showcases on site and attending off site wedding fairs
- Adhering to KPIs
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in pro- active sales and the ability and ambition to identify and convert new sales prospects
- Thrives and flourishes under pressure in a target driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able and willing to work flexible hours
- Ability to think creatively and look ‘outside of the box’ to generate profitable revenue
- Excellent telephone sales skills
- Full driving license and car is essential as travelling will be required as the business demands

We deliver innovative ticketed shows and events as well as weddings, private & corporate Events.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday weekends may be required.
