Role Overview:  As a Sales Executive at MasterMover, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and present our solutions in a compelling and customised manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products and solutions.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work and a drive to exceed targets.
