Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the retirement scheme, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
2. Engage actively with residents, providing support and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety in communal areas, encouraging social interactions among residents.
4. Collaborate with maintenance contractors to address any repair needs and source local suppliers when necessary.
5. Assist residents in accessing services that enhance their well-being and quality of life.
6. Support the sales team during the onboarding of new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the community.

Working Hours
