The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will engage in all facets of new product and process development, as well as enhancements to existing processes.

The Role:

  • Assisting in feasibility assessments
  • Evaluating current processes and identifying potential enhancements
  • Developing and modifying process control documentation
  • Collaborating with various departments
  • Driving manufacturing efficiency initiatives
  • Performing other reasonable tasks as assigned to meet business needs
About You:

  • Degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred), ideal for recent graduates.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing role is preferred
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion360, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of new product development and associated tooling and machining requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to make informed decisions and communicate them effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Eagerness to undertake new responsibilities as needed
