About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our Interventions Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a suite of services that provide relationship-based interventions to children and families known to statutory services. This will involve working closely with colleagues to pull together our wider services and ensure that families receive easy access to purposeful and meaningful support.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the needs of children who need care and support, experience of supervising others, and a commitment to relationship-based practice.
