Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Substantial Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for owning the direct to business channel in your area, generating your own pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Generate your own pipeline and leads, identify new business opportunities in your targeted area, and capture leads within our designated CRM system.
  • Sales and Partnerships: Develop and implement robust sales plans to secure new business, achieve sales targets, and performance metrics. Meet with prospects to understand their needs, present our services, and negotiate contracts to close opportunities and build partnerships.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and a consistent customer experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Must be comfortable working to performance metrics.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary - £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Uncapped monthly commission (realistic OTE £60,000 per annum).
