Senior Practitioner Manager for Children's Services

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Social Workers
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* Registered with Social Work England
* Up-to-date DBS check
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with children and families in social work and previous managerial experience
* A degree in social work or a related field
