Senior Family Support Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Manager to join their Family Support Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in Vale of Glamorgan and will work full-time.
The salary for this role is up to £45,495 per annum.
- To provide leadership and support to the delivery of high-quality services to children, young people, and their families/carers.
- To recruit, select, and manage staff under the direction of the Team Manager and in accordance with Council Policy and Procedures.
- To ensure the quality of the Team's Care and Support practice under the guidance of the Team Manager.
- To provide professional supervision to team members and regularly review and address their performance, training, and personal development needs.
- To advise the Team Manager on relevant training requirements and develop training programs for staff.
- To develop and deliver effective management arrangements within the Team, ensuring the Council's statutory obligations and policy objectives are met.
- To attend and chair meetings, including planning meetings, core group meetings, disruption meetings, and strategy meetings.
- To maintain ongoing professional development.
