Senior Practitioner Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner Manager to lead high-quality services for children, young people, and families in Glamorgan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing staff under the direction of the Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, select, and manage staff within the team.
• Provide leadership and supervision to team members, reviewing performance and addressing training needs.
• Take direct responsibility for work with children, young people, and families.
• Develop and deliver effective management arrangements within the team.
• Contribute to creative service provision within the community to meet assessed needs.
• Attend and chair meetings, including planning and strategy meetings.
• Assist with complaint investigations and case file audits.
Requirements:
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
