Senior Temporary Accommodation Officer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Temporary Accommodation Officer to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing temporary accommodation properties and providing essential housing support to homeless households.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinating with various teams, including Housing Needs and Social Lettings Agency, to ensure effective support for tenants
* Liaising with landlords and contractors to maintain properties and address any issues
* Monitoring tenancy agreements and addressing breaches in a timely manner

**Requirements**

* Strong knowledge of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 and its application in temporary accommodation
* Experience managing temporary accommodation properties and providing support to tenants

**What We Offer**

* 3 months temporary contract with potential to become permanent
* Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week working from home and more office-based during training
* Competitive hourly rate of £19.46 per hour (PAYE equivalent), inclusive of holiday pay
