Senior Temporary Accommodation Officer
**Role Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Temporary Accommodation Officer to join our team in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing temporary accommodation properties for homeless households and providing support to tenants.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinating with various teams to ensure effective support for tenants
* Liaising with landlords and contractors to maintain properties
* Monitoring tenancy agreements and addressing breaches
**Requirements**
* Strong knowledge of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017
* Experience managing temporary accommodation properties
**Contract Details**
* 3 months, potential temp to perm
* Hybrid working (2 days a week from home, more office-based during training)
* £19.46 per hour (PAYE equivalent, inclusive of holiday)
