We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Temporary Accommodation Officer to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing temporary accommodation properties and providing essential housing support to homeless households.
The Role- Coordinating with various teams to ensure effective property management and support services.
- Liaising with landlords and contractors to maintain properties and address any issues.
- Monitoring tenancy agreements and addressing any breaches or concerns.
- Strong knowledge of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 and its application in temporary accommodation settings.
- Experience in managing temporary accommodation properties and providing support to tenants.
3 months temporary contract, with potential to become permanent. Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week working from home and the remaining days in the office. Competitive hourly rate of £19.46 per hour (PAYE equivalent), inclusive of holiday pay.
