We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing HR team at JJ Fox Trading Limited. As the first point of contact for employee-related matters, you will provide exceptional administrative support and assist with the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team on various initiatives and projects
  • Administrate the Company's recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data and HR processes
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently
  • Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
