We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Home First Therapy team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
- Provide expert physiotherapy services, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic handling, to patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, carers, and relatives, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in continuing professional development and contribute to organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the form of a detailed personal development portfolio.
- At least 18 months of experience in a junior rotational physiotherapy post.
- Previous experience in core physiotherapy specialties, including acute inpatient care, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurology, and community.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to decision-making.
- Knowledge and application of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
