About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Home First Therapy team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, carers, and relatives to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in continuing professional development and contribute to organizational objectives, driving service improvements and innovation.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the form of a detailed personal development portfolio.
  • At least 18 months of experience in a junior rotational Physiotherapy post, with a strong background in core physiotherapy specialties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning, with a commitment to reflective practice and ongoing learning.
