Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars, and managing employee database records.

  • Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Manage employee database records and maintain accurate records
  • Support in recruitment processes and assist with the preparation of HR documents
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Administrative Assistant will have:

  • An understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
