Your role will involve supporting the efficient delivery of our services, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. This includes:

  • Proactively planning and addressing service delivery challenges while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
  • Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries effectively.
  • Generating and distributing service reports to customers and internal stakeholders based on established KPIs.
  • Identifying potential service risks related to stock availability and other factors, and taking necessary actions to mitigate these issues.
  • Leading investigations into customer service complaints and providing timely updates.
  • Assisting with order rebooking or product recalls as needed.
  • Facilitating claims processing in accordance with established approval limits.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal teams to enhance sales and product availability, including managing reorder requests and stock replenishment targets.
  • Accessing and updating customer portal orders to meet service and order requirements.
  • Managing new customer inquiries and providing after-sales support.
  • Supporting commercial teams by communicating supply chain requirements for product launches.
  • Ensuring compliance with business policies and legal regulations, including GDPR.
  • Recording data for internal and external reporting purposes.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in a sales office or order processing environment, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English.
