Position Overview: Customer Service Administrator

As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Administrator will deliver outstanding service and assistance to our national Fire Extinguisher clientele, collaborating closely with third-party facilities management organizations. This role involves working in tandem with Regional Account Managers to support multi-site regional accounts.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for Fire Extinguisher customers through phone and email communications.
  • Facilitate the establishment of new customer contracts.
  • Coordinate with PFX Engineers to schedule service appointments.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes effectively.
  • Generate and present KPI reports for clients utilizing Excel.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9.00am – 5.00pm


Qualifications: What We Seek

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a background in administration while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer support.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: A proactive approach to understanding and resolving potential challenges.
  • Effective Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple engineers and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, starting with a comprehensive one-week induction.
  • Proficient IT Skills: Familiarity with various systems, including in-house portals and Microsoft applications, with a preference for Excel experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Planning or scheduling experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
