Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering waiting lists, ensuring accurate and timely administration of patient information, and providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including waiting lists and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with clinicians, nurses, and administrators to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Endoscopy team to ensure effective use of resources and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
