Currently, international sales constitute a significant portion of the company's revenue, and this segment is on an upward trajectory.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in administrative or customer support roles, ideally within the Transport / Sales sector or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in data management and documentation.
  • Competence in MS Office and Sage software.
  • Knowledge of export laws, global shipping practices, and customs paperwork.

Export Account Management Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in managing all international accounts.
  • Ensure prompt processing of export invoices and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any concerns regarding export accounts.
  • Prepare and oversee all essential export documents, including customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Work with freight forwarders and logistics partners to guarantee timely and precise delivery of products.

Post-Sales Customer Support:
  • Assist clients in tracking shipments and resolving delivery challenges.

Serve as the main contact for export inquiries and after-sales assistance.

  • Address questions related to products, orders, deliveries, and other pertinent matters.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect necessary information and documentation for all orders.
