Membership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Manager to lead our membership initiatives and drive growth in key markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership services, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and engagement. This includes developing and implementing processes for efficient membership administration, managing member payment matters, and working closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.

The Membership Manager will also be responsible for driving membership growth through targeted initiatives and campaigns, managing member retention, and identifying and engaging potential new members. Additionally, they will work proactively with the in-house Marketing Manager and third-party communications agency to develop and implement a comprehensive membership marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and experience in membership management or a similar role. They will also have proven experience managing CRM systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent organisational and project management skills.
