Banana Tree, a leading Pan-Asian restaurant chain, is seeking an experienced and talented Culinary Director to join our team.

About the Role

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence across our network of restaurants. Your expertise in oriental/pan-Asian cuisine and passion for quality food production will inspire and motivate our kitchen teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef, preferably with a background in high-volume, fast-paced environments. A full training and development program will be provided to support your growth and success within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with our brand values and appeal to diverse customer tastes.
  • Maintain excellent standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene throughout our restaurants.
  • Collaborate with our operational teams to achieve labour cost and food cost targets.
