About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for representing our luxury fashion brand with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Representation: Represent the brand with clients, providing a professional and personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury fashion products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including receiving and displaying products, and maintaining a tidy working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing sales targets and customer needs.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, with flexibility to work all days of the week.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £15 per hour, depending on experience, with enhanced pay on Sundays and Bank holidays.
