About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide high-quality sales support to clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury fashion products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
