About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting the perfect luxury goods, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is tidy and well-organized, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
