Job Title: Associate, Business Change Adoption

About the Role

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is seeking an Associate, Business Change Adoption to join its Digital Workplace team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and utilisation of Digital Workplace tools and technologies within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of digital workspace tools.
  • Identify potential barriers to change and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for digital initiatives.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase usage and proficiency of digital workplace solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to support end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, user adoption, and communications within a digital or IT environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing business change and driving user adoption of digital tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot collaboration tools).
