Talent Management Specialist

Pure Human Resources is seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Advisory: Provide strategic HR advice to our clients, helping them to navigate complex employment law and HR issues.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including employee communications, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to help our clients' employees develop new skills and improve performance.
- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job advertising, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven HR Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business, or Law.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of HR systems and software.
