Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales, business development, and recruitment within a comprehensive 360-degree role
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess their needs and align them with appropriate positions
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and candidates through various outreach methods, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings
  • Match candidates with a diverse range of permanent positions
  • Promote job openings on various platforms and attract candidates through multiple sourcing techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding candidate and client information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
