Job Summary
Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join their team in the Physiotherapy department. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing a complex clinical MSK caseload and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex clinical MSK caseload, including assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in service training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure appropriate referral to other disciplines, such as podiatry or orthotics, when necessary.
Requirements
- Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong background in MSK physiotherapy.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Knowledge of CSP and HCPC codes and guidelines, as well as the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management.
- At least 2 years of MSK experience.
