Key Responsibilities:- Manage a complex clinical MSK caseload
- Refer patients to other disciplines as needed
- Participate in service training and development
- Supervise junior staff and support the implementation of national developments locally
- Ensure appropriate referral onto different disciplines
- Stay up-to-date with developments in physiotherapy nationally
- Work effectively in an MDT clinic
- Chartered Physiotherapist
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools
- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management
- Degree level educated
- At least 2 years MSK experience
