Senior Program Manager - EU Customer Experience

Amazon's Customer Service department is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Customer Service program in the EU. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a complex expansion program that directly impacts the EU customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define the program's direction and gain consensus among stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design standard operational procedures, processes, and technical requirements.
  3. Prioritize and plan projects to execute on process and technical requirements.
  4. Schedule and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  5. Monitor project execution and ensure quality delivery.
  6. Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as needed.
  7. Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  9. Provide regular program progress reporting.
  10. Oversee third-party contributions to the program.
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
