We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic business outcomes through the execution of complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute program strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across teams to deliver program objectives
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program success
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful program implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the director level
  • Proven experience in implementing product-based change and managing process and organizational change
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software
  • Certification in project and change management
